Yes of course! To add items to your order simply add items to a basket – at checkout we have an option which states ‘click and collect/additions to existing order’. Use this option to pay for the additional items without facing a further delivery charge. Please feel free to leave a note with your original order number, this helps us to link the orders to ensure they are sent together.

If you are unable to check out there is usually a reason for this. Our top reasons are as follows: You are outside of the zone our drivers cover and our courier cannot accept a certain item in your order (this is usually glass items and oil) – but don’t worry, we can ship these items via pallet if your order exceeds £300 net! We do not ship to your location – please refer to our deliveries page for more information Your address has been input incorrectly You do not meet our minimum order requirement, which is £10 net If none of the above apply please get in touch using our webchat, one of the team will be able to assist.

Unfortunately, we only ship within mainland UK currently.

We operate from a warehouse, so allowing customers inside isn’t an option due to health and safety – we do however offer a click and collect service for those opting away from home delivery or needing products on a same day basis.

Anybody can shop with us! When the pandemic hit in 2020, we expanded our services to households, and we have built great relationships with repeat household clients. We will continue to offer our services to both households and trade clients for the foreseeable.

All our standing bulk discounts are stated on our lines that we offer these on.
