We offer a FREE next working day delivery service
(Monday – Friday) for orders over £50 (that have been placed before the 3.30pm cut off time.)

Deliveries are performed by our own vans. All our vehicles have euro 6 engines, making them cleaner for the environment. They are also refrigerated to ensure your products stay fresh in transport.
The cut-off time for orders placed on Fridays for Monday delivery is 5pm.
We don’t deliver on weekends.
All deliveries will take place between 6.30 am and 3.30pm

You’ll receive 3 update emails from us; the first one will confirm your order. The second will be sent the day before the delivery as a reminder. Finally, we will send you one last email on the delivery day, 30 minutes before our driver arrives at your door.

Deliveries outside of London and Greater London will
be shipped on the next working day (after payment is received) using DPD courier services.
Please allow 1/2 working days to receive your order.
However we will do our best to ensure all orders placed before 1.30pm are delivered the next working day.

Delivery costs will be calculated at checkout based on
the size & weight of your order and the delivery postcode.
​The rule for calculating these costs are as follows:

Order weight: 0.00 - 5.00kg = £6.95 (Incl Vat)
Order weight: 5.01 - 10.00kg = £7.95 (Incl Vat)
Order weight: 10.01 - 15.00kg = £8.95 (Incl vat)
Order weight: Over 15kg = £8.95 + 25p per kilo (Incl Vat)

£300 minimum spend with a £25 surcharge for orders with a net value of between £300 and £500. Orders over £500 net value qualify for free delivery.

If you are located outside of London and as our courier is unable to accept foodservice items that exceed 20kg, which may include glass items and oils, this palletised service is ideal for these products.

CLICK & COLLECT
you are very welcome to click & collect from our depot in Croydon, free of charge.
If you would rather collect your order free of charge, you can do so from our Depot in Croydon, just select 'Click & Collect' at checkout.
You can then collect your order any time during our Depot's opening hours, simply select a convenient date and time slot at checkout.
You will receive an email once your order is ready for collection.

DAMAGED GOODS
If any of your products are damaged in any way upon receipt, please call us or email us immediately.
Please send an image of the damaged product along
with your order number and an explanation of the
problem. If the products are faulty through no fault of your own, we will happily replace or refund the affected item/s.

RETURNS
We want to provide a seamless experience to all of our customers, so if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase or want an exchange, you can do so within 7 days
of receipt of goods. Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable.
To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

The product is in its original packaging and remains unopened​.

The product is within its 'use by date' at the time of return​.
Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered
for a refund.

* Please note we are unable to accept returns of fresh products such as sausages, mozzarella or cold meats.
COVID 19 UPDATE
The safety of our staff and customers is paramount to us. Therefore, we have made some necessary
changes to our deliveries in line with the Government guidelines and kindly ask for your collaboration.

Contact–Free delivery; Our drivers will only leave goods at your doorsteps or outside flats and
apartments and will not enter your premises.
Proof of identity; Our drivers will no longer be asked to collect signatures for goods delivered.
Instead, they will ask for a name to verify the delivery has taken place correctly.
Buy responsibly; We reserve the right to issue refunds to anyone suspected of over-ordering.
